What keratin bond means when you book it here
Keratin names the material at the tip and settles almost nothing else: not the tip's shape, not whether heat ever touches it, not what opens it months later. Those decisions are separated on the keratin bond page.
One separation matters locally. SACH & VOGUE Micro is our own individual bonded strand, tipped with Italian keratin, approximately 0.5-0.6 g — one product inside this family, and the only one our monthly check follows.
Planning a long sitting inside a holiday
The count that governs the day comes out of the consultation, not a method name. Once your grams are agreed the number of joints follows from what a single strand weighs, and until that number exists nobody can say how long the appointment runs. We do not guess.
The planning is unglamorous. Give it a full day rather than an evening, and not the day you land. Eat beforehand and expect breaks: a bonded fitting is a long stretch of sitting still, and tiredness shortens its end.
The end is where the value sits: the cut and the blend come after the last joint and turn a row of strands into hair. If your own hair needs colour work it does not share the day — two long appointments back to back is how the second gets rushed.
Drying the bond zone after the sea and the pool
The bond zone is where water leaves last. A joint is a solid body against the root with hair packed through it, and it holds moisture long after the lengths have dried. A warm, damp root under a day of salt is where an attachment zone felts.
So the order after swimming is fixed: fresh water while the salt is soft; squeeze, do not rub; separate the joints; dry the roots deliberately, and only then the lengths.
One instruction belongs to this family and no other: the compound is built to soften with heat, so the hairdryer on your roots is the same class of tool that formed the joint. Keep it moving, keep it off the bonds, finish cool, and keep straighteners out of the zone.
Conditioner, masks and after-sun stay below the joints. None of this is protection, and we hold no measurement of it.
Removal will happen in another country: settle it before you leave
Almost every visitor's set is removed by somebody who did not fit it, in a city we will never see, and that is where hair is most often lost. It deserves a decision now, not a search later.
A fused bond is released chemically: the agent named for that compound, left long enough to break the material down, and the softened joint combed out before any pulling starts. Any solvent is not the correct solvent, and a technician trained on rings will reach for pliers — which crush the bond and your own fibres. The correct procedure is worth reading first.
So put three questions to a technician at home before you fly: do you remove fused bonds, do you hold the remover for this compound, and will you work on a joint you did not form. Some decline hair they did not supply. If the answers are not clean, choose another method here.
The monthly check is a Micro service, not a keratin one
Assumed often enough to be worth writing down. The free monthly check exists for one thing: Micro that we applied ourselves, for as long as the wearer carries hair this company supplied or fitted. A keratin bond set sits outside it, as does any reading of it as a medical guarantee, or the idea that buying hair brings a check with it.
Follow-up belongs to whoever is nearest to the set. What we can do here is show you where a joint sits on the day it is formed, so you recognise a migrated one later.
What the labour figures cover
Bonded strand work is quoted per strand, so the figures below are multiplied by a joint count that does not exist until your grams are decided in person. Read the removal and renewal rows first: they say what the set costs after the trip, so a quotation at home has something to sit against. Every other local service, colour work included, is on the Fethiye price list.

Common questions
How long will the fitting take?
Longer than most people expect, and we will not put a figure on it. The work is counted in joints, and the joint count does not exist until the consultation has fixed your grams. Ask for a figure against that number once it does. What we will say without one: book a whole day, and not the day you land.
Who will take these out when I get home?
Decide that before you fly, not afterwards. A fused bond comes off chemically: the right agent, enough waiting, and the joint combed out before any pulling. It is never opened with pliers, which crush the joint and the fibres running through it. Ask a technician at home whether she removes fused bonds and holds the correct remover; if not, choose another method.
Can I swim while I am wearing it?
Yes. What needs attention is the bond zone, which holds water against the root long after the lengths have dried in this heat, so the roots come first and the lengths second. Remember too that each joint was formed with heat: keep the dryer moving, aim it away from the bonds, finish on a cool setting, and keep straighteners out of that zone.
